Can I start with the Free plan and upgrade later?
Yes. You can stay on Free and switch to Starter or Pro whenever you want; your data stays on your account.
Is yearly pricing really cheaper than monthly?
Yes. Yearly billing applies a discount compared to twelve months at the monthly rate. The exact savings is shown on the plan cards when you pick yearly.
How do journal entry limits work?
Free includes up to one new journal entry per day, Starter up to five per day, and Pro has no daily cap. The journal itself is available on every plan.
How does Explore work on Free vs paid plans?
On Free, Explore is view-only: you can browse feeds, profiles, and search, but you cannot post or reply. Starter and Pro can post and reply; Starter allows up to ten posts and replies combined per day, and Pro is unlimited. Pro also includes a verified badge on Explore.
Do I lose data if I switch or downgrade plans?
No. Your data remains on your account. If you move to a lower tier, feature access and limits (journal, Explore posting, analytics history, etc.) adjust to that plan, but existing entries and history are not deleted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can manage cancellation, billing, invoices, and your payment method in Account > My subscription.
Where do I manage billing and invoices?
Use Account > My subscription for Stripe billing portal actions.
What about Playbook, backtests, Community, and future pricing?
Playbook, backtests, and Community are on the way—we're building them out carefully. When those ship, new customers may see higher list prices. Subscribe at today's prices and you keep that rate for your plan for as long as you stay subscribed.
